18th Long Distance Prep Ride Report

5 riders started. It would be one of, if not, the warmest weekend ride so far this year. We were able to wear short sleeves and shorts, but at the start, it was a little chilly. It was a little windy going out but James reminded us that ”it’s not windy until we get 15-20 mph winds. This is just a breeze”, he said.  🙂

The course was really nice. It was very much rolling but the roads were smooth and very quiet. Maybe because it was Easter. We were happy that Mother Nature showed for us to get a dew extra miles under our belts before we said hello to Ole’ Cap’n Doyle (not really a captain). All in all, it was a very good day.
